Apply to the affected area making sure the skin is clean, dry and unbroken. The patches provide a soothing warmth and are ideal for use with soft tissue injury and sprains, arthritis, rheumatism, osteoarthritis, neck and back pain, fibromyalgia, colds and fever, abdominal pain, menstrual pain etc.
